PCB Confirms Match Officials for Pakistan and Bangladesh Series

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed the panel of match officials for the upcoming three-match T20I series between Pakistan and Bangladesh, with Sri Lanka’s Ranjan Madugalle appointed as the match referee for all three fixtures.

Madugalle, a respected figure in international cricket and a member of the ICC Elite Panel of Match Referees, brings vast experience to the role, having officiated 804 international matches—the most by any match referee across formats. The Sri Lankan also recently oversaw seven matches during PSL X, underlining his continued involvement in top-tier cricket.

The T20I series, scheduled to be held at Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium from May 28 to June 1, will also feature a blend of Pakistan’s top umpiring talent, drawn from both the ICC Elite Panel and the PCB’s International Panel.
