The Government of Sindh, through the Sindh Educational Endowment Fund (SEEF) Trust, is offering scholarships for the academic year 2024–2025 to support students from low-income families and meritorious backgrounds in pursuing higher education at recognized public and private universities and institutions.
The SEEF scholarship covers the full tuition fee for one academic year and is available for the following disciplines (in institutions approved by the SEEF Trust Panel):
- Medical (MBBS, BDS, DPT, B. Pharmacy/D. Pharmacy, BS Nursing – 4-year program)
- Engineering (All disciplines)
- Agriculture Engineering
- Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- Social Sciences
- Business Administration
- LLB (5-year program)
- Information Technology

To qualify:

- The applicant must be a domicile holder and a permanent resident of Sindh.
- Enrollment must be in an institution included in the SEEF Trust Panel for 2024–2025.
- A minimum GPA of 2.5 or 60% is required.
- Income verification from the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) is mandatory.
- Children of government employees must submit salary slips.
- The family income must fall within the SEEF income brackets.
Income Brackets & Quota Distribution
| Group | Income Range (PKR) | Share of Scholarship |
| A | 0 – 100,000 | 80% |
| B | 100,000 – 1,500,000 | 80% |
| C | 1,500,000 – 2,500,000 | 10% |
| D | 2,500,000 – above | 10% |
Special quotas include:
- 86% for poor, needy, and meritorious students
- 2% for students with special needs
- 2% for minority students
- 5% for orphans
- 5% for children of Sindh government employees
Ineligibility
Applicants will be disqualified if:
- They are studying in unaffiliated institutions or outside the SEEF panel.
- They are enrolled under self-financing or foreign exchange programs.
- They are already availing of any other scholarship.
- They submit incomplete applications or forged documents.
- Their GPA/percentage falls below the required level.
Application Process & Deadline
Interested candidates must apply online at https://seef.sindh.gov.pk. The deadline is July 31, 2025. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
