Despite being managed by the Lahore Parking Company, several authorized parking sites across the city are still overcharging citizens. It has come to light that some attendants are collecting up to three times more than the official rates.
According to reports, areas such as Anarkali Bazaar and other busy locations are witnessing unchecked price manipulation. Motorcyclists are being charged between Rs. 30 and Rs. 40, while car owners are paying up to Rs. 100 instead of the official Rs. 40 fee.
Residents have voiced frustration, saying that even after paying inflated fees, they are often not provided with parking slips. When asked for a receipt, the attendants typically respond with excuses like “we’ve run out of slips.”
Its not just Lahore same situation in Islamabad multiple locations, Faisalabad at multiple locations, as i travel a lot.
What do you mean accused ? They do it . That’s factual rija. A 100 rs is definitely not worth it to park a car for few minutes. Not even worth full day.
It should be 10 rs since you don’t get any service out of it
