The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced a major digital upgrade to its Pak ID mobile application, introducing a new feature that will soon allow citizens to book appointments at NADRA Registration Centers (NRCs) directly through the app.

This highly anticipated feature, currently in its initial phase, will soon be available at 43 designated NRCs across the country, enhancing convenience and reducing wait times for applicants. The announcement was made through NADRA’s official communication platforms, signaling a significant step toward improving citizen services under the government’s digital transformation agenda.
