After a brief teaser campaign, Nayatel has finally revealed the surprise announcement it had been hyping up. The fiber-based broadband ISP (Internet Service Provider) has announced that every customer’s internet speed has been increased and package rates have been reduced, completely free of cost.
I am personally using Nayatel and can confirm, after doing a quick speed test, that my 50Mbps package has been upgraded to 70Mbps.
According to Nayatel, all existing customers will automatically see their internet speeds boosted and their monthly bills lowered, with no action required on their part. New customers signing up will also benefit from these improved packages and rates.
Here’s a side-by-side comparison of the old and new internet packages:

Old tactic used by all broadband services. Instead of increasing monthly charges they put you into the next tier for “free” then charging you for the upgraded speed instead of your old speed. PTCL has been doing this for almost a decade.
It’s a Trojan horse.
That is so messed up, to be honest. Plus, such a clickbait. My monthly bill for 30Mbps will get a massive increase for sure.
nope. bills will remain the same
For my 20 to new 30 Mbps connection, my price has increased only 130. But I can always switch to 20 Mbps for lower price
