Govt Increases Petrol and Diesel Prices

The Government of Pakistan has increased the prices of petrol and high-speed diesel for the next fortnight, effective November 1, 2025, following recommendations from the Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) and relevant ministries.

According to a statement from the Finance Division, the price of petrol (MS) will rise by Rs 2.43 per liter, bringing the new rate to Rs 265.45 per liter, up from Rs 263.02.

High-speed diesel (HSD) will see an increase of Rs 3.02 per liter, with the new price set at Rs 278.44 per liter, compared to the previous Rs 275.42.

The revised prices will remain in effect for the first half of November.
