Deadline Announced for Parrot Registration Across Punjab

The Wildlife Department has begun registering parrots. According to department officials, the registration deadline has been set for December 25.

Authorities have warned that keeping unregistered parrots after the deadline will result in legal action. The registration fee has been fixed at Rs 1,000 per parrot.

Registration is mandatory for Alexandrine parrots, rose-ringed parrots, grey-headed parrots, and blossom-headed parrots.

Citizens can complete the registration process through the Wildlife Department’s website or the official Wildlife app.
