Xiaomi is preparing to expand its 17 series lineup with the upcoming 17 Ultra, which has now received certification in China. While the Xiaomi 17, 17 Pro, and 17 Pro Max have already launched, the Ultra model is expected to join the family soon.
According to a new certification from 3C in China, the Xiaomi 17 Ultra will be released in two versions. The model numbered 2512BPNDAC does not include satellite connectivity, while 25128PNA1C offers this feature.
Both variants will support 100W wired charging, marking a 10W increase over the Xiaomi 15 Ultra released in February.
Recent rumors about satellite connectivity in the 17 Ultra have now been backed by the certification listing. The device is also expected to debut with a new 50 MP main camera equipped with improved in-sensor zoom.
In addition, the 17 Ultra will feature a 200 MP telephoto macro camera and a total of four cameras on the back, including an ultrawide lens.
Xiaomi is likely to equip the 17 Ultra with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, keeping in line with its recent flagship standards.
With certification now complete, more information about the Xiaomi 17 Ultra’s launch is expected soon.
