Gas Load Management Schedule Changed Across the Province

The Sui Southern Gas Company (SSGC) has revised gas load management hours across Balochistan, introducing a new schedule aimed at providing relief to residents.

The change follows recommendations from the chief minister and the chief justice of the Balochistan High Court.

Under the updated timings, gas supply will now be suspended from 12 a.m. to 5 a.m. Previously, the shutdown lasted from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

SSGC said the decision was made to minimize inconvenience for households. By shifting the start of the shutdown to midnight, the company aims to ensure that families have uninterrupted gas during late evening hours, when most cooking and heating needs occur.
