Airblue has launched a new international route connecting Islamabad to Dammam, expanding its network and strengthening travel links between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. The airline began the bi-weekly service on Thursday, with flights scheduled every Thursday and Saturday.
The inaugural ceremony was held at Islamabad International Airport and attended by senior Airblue officials, airport representatives, and invited guests.
Airblue’s Director Commercial, Muhammad Shafique, said the new route reflects the airline’s commitment to meeting rising travel demand. He noted that Dammam is a key destination for business travelers and the Pakistani expatriate community.
He added that Airblue aims to provide reliable service across its expanding network and will continue exploring opportunities to improve connectivity for passengers.
With the Islamabad–Dammam route now operational, the airline has further strengthened its international presence and added another option for travelers heading to the Kingdom.
