The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has released updated operating hours for all major services during the 54th UAE National Day holiday, covering metro and tram services, public buses, marine transport, paid parking, and customer service centres.
RTA confirmed that all Customer Happiness Centres will remain closed on Monday and Tuesday (December 1–2). However, Smart Customer Happiness Centres in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Twar, and RTA Head Office will operate 24/7, providing uninterrupted access to digital services. Service Provider Centres will also close on the same dates and resume on Wednesday, December 3.
Residents can check updated bus timings for December 1–2 through the S’hail app.
All public parking will be free on December 1–2, except multi-storey parking facilities and Al Khail Gate N-365. Normal parking fees resume on Wednesday, December 3.
The revised schedules aim to ensure smooth mobility across Dubai as residents enjoy the long weekend and National Day celebrations.
