Nooh Dastagir Butt Starts First-Ever International Training Camp in the US

Pakistani weightlifting star Nooh Dastagir Butt has started his first-ever international training camp in the United States, marking a major step in his journey toward global competitions.

Sharing the news on social media, Nooh expressed his gratitude, writing:

Alhamdulillah, I am attending my first international training in my life in USA. And all the credit for this goes to ACTIVIT and the Bard Foundation, who are giving me such a wonderful training camp so that I can prepare fully for my upcoming Commonwealth & Olympics Games 2028.

Nooh, who has been Pakistan’s pride on the international weightlifting stage, also announced his participation in the USA Open 2025, with one of his competitions scheduled for December 7. After a three-year gap, he returned to weightlifting competition in Florida. The event will take place at 2:00 PM USA time, which corresponds to 12:00 AM in Pakistan.

Nooh Dastagir Butt is one of Pakistan’s most accomplished weightlifters, having won multiple international medals and brought global recognition to the country.

Known for his remarkable strength and dedication, he has previously represented Pakistan at major competitions, including the Commonwealth Games, Asian Championships, and Olympic qualifiers.
