The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Faisalabad has issued the schedule for the 2026 Secondary School Certificate (SSC) annual examinations.
According to a spokesperson, the annual matriculation examination for Grade 10 (composite) will begin on March 27, 2026, while the Grade 9 annual examinations will start on April 14, 2026.
The board clarified that candidates appearing to improve marks or reappear in failed subjects will take their examinations under the same syllabus in which they previously appeared.
As all Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education across Punjab follow a uniform examination calendar, this schedule will apply to all Punjab boards, including Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, Gujranwala, Sargodha, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, and Dera Ghazi Khan.
