Officials confirmed that the deployed drones are equipped with night-vision technology, enabling effective monitoring even after sunset. These drones will remain operational across Lahore on all three days of Basant celebrations.

Lahore Police will also use drone surveillance to identify violations and maintain law and order.

Additional monitoring duties have been assigned to Safe Cities staff, who will work in all three shifts to ensure continuous vigilance.

Authorities have urged citizens to report any violations by calling the police helpline 15.

All surveillance cameras will be utilized to ensure strict implementation of the government-issued Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Basant.
