Sazgar Engineering Works Limited announced on Tuesday that it will begin accepting bookings for its CKD models of the TANK-500 Hi4-T 4X4 2.0L Turbo AT starting Monday, January 26, 2026.
The company confirmed the development in an official disclosure submitted to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). The TANK-500 models will be offered in both plug-in hybrid electric (PHEV) and hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) variants.
Sazgar said it will announce pricing and booking details later Tuesday evening via its electronic and social media platforms.
The announcement aligns with the company’s previous plan, shared in September 2025, to launch its upcoming PHEV models—including the TANK-500 and CANNON—by March 31, 2026.
The initiative forms part of Sazgar’s continued expansion into the New Energy Vehicle (NEV) segment, signaling a stronger focus on hybrid and electric mobility in Pakistan.
