Hinopak Motors Limited has appointed Tomohiro Oshita as its new Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective February 1, 2026, the company said in a notice to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
The notice stated that outgoing Director and CEO Takayuki Kizawa will leave his role on January 31, 2026. The leadership change follows board decisions communicated through the PSX.
Hinopak Motors, incorporated in Pakistan in 1986, is a public limited company engaged in the assembly, progressive manufacturing and sale of Hino buses and trucks, as well as spare parts and accessories. The company operates in the medium and heavy vehicle segment and is a subsidiary of Hino Motors Limited of Japan, with Toyota Motors Corporation as its ultimate parent.
The company plays a key role in Pakistan’s automotive sector, particularly in the commercial vehicle segment where it holds a dominant market share in buses and trucks. Industry observers say leadership continuity and strategic management at Hinopak are closely watched by analysts and investors, given the company’s influence on domestic production, employment, and the broader auto supply chain.
