United Distributors Pakistan Limited has appointed Asad Abdulla as its Chief Executive Officer, effective February 27, 2026.
The appointment was made in accordance with Section 187 of the Companies Act, 2017, the company confirmed in its formal communication to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
The company has requested the Exchange to inform TRE Certificate Holders about the development, ensuring timely dissemination of this leadership update to the market.
According to the company website, Asad Abdulla has been associated with the IBL group since 2002 in various operating capacities.
He is a Certified Director from the Institute of Chartered Accountants Pakistan and is serving as a Director on the Boards of, International Brands Limited, United Distributors Pakistan Limited, FMC United (Pvt.) Limited, IBL Operations (Pvt.) Limited and Trax Online (Pvt.) Limited.
