The match officials for the upcoming three-match One Day International (ODI) series between Pakistan and Bangladesh have been announced.
Experienced ICC referee Neeyamur Rashid Rahul will serve as the match referee for all three matches in the series.
The on-field umpiring panel will include Kumar Dharmasena, Adrian Holdstock, Ghazi Sohail, Tanveer Ahmed, and Masudur Rahman, who will share responsibilities across the three games.
For the opening ODI on March 11, Kumar Dharmasena and Gazi Sohel will stand as on-field umpires. Adrian Holdstock will serve as the TV umpire, while Tanvir Ahmed will be the fourth umpire.
In the second ODI on March 13, Adrian Holdstock and Tanvir Ahmed will officiate on the field. Kumar Dharmasena will handle TV umpire duties, and Masudur Rahman Mukul will serve as the fourth umpire.
The third and final ODI on March 15 will feature Kumar Dharmasena and Masudur Rahman Mukul as the on-field umpires. Adrian Holdstock will again serve as the TV umpire, while Morshed Ali Khan will be the fourth official.
Earlier, the Pakistan Cricket Board announced a 15-member ODI squad for the series. All three matches will be played at the Sher-e-Bangla National Stadium in Dhaka.
Left-arm fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi will continue to lead Pakistan’s ODI side. The squad includes six uncapped players: Abdul Samad, Maaz Sadaqat, Muhammad Ghazi Ghori, Saad Masood, Sahibzada Farhan, and Shamyl Hussain.
Among the newcomers, Abdul Samad, Maaz Sadaqat, Saad Masood, and Shamyl Hussain were recently part of the Pakistan Shaheens squad that played against England Lions in Abu Dhabi.
