The federal government has paid over Rs. 67 crore in salaries and allowances to federal ministers, ministers of state, advisers, and special assistants during the current fiscal year, according to data shared with ProPakistani.
Members of the federal cabinet, including advisers and special assistants, have so far received Rs. 407.216 million in salaries during the ongoing financial year.
In addition to pay, more than Rs. 266.4 million has already been spent on the use, maintenance, and fuel of over 100 vehicles assigned to ministers, advisers, and special assistants.
This brings the total expenditure disclosed so far to Rs. 673.616 million.
For the current fiscal year, a total allocation of Rs. 688.727 million has been set aside for federal cabinet members, advisers, and special assistants, highlighting the overall budgetary provision for salaries and operational support.
