LG Launches 115-Inch Mini LED TV in 2026 QNED Lineup With Various Smart Features

LG Electronics has announced its 2026 QNED evo Mini LED TV lineup, with a clear focus on larger screen sizes. The range is led by a new 115-inch model designed for users looking to replicate a cinema-style viewing experience at home.

Larger Displays and Updated Processing

The new lineup is powered by LG’s α8 AI Processor Gen 3, which manages both picture and audio processing. The processor uses AI to improve sharpness, brightness, and overall detail.

LG is also applying light control techniques typically seen in its OLED TVs to the QNED lineup, allowing for more precise control over how light is distributed across the screen.

Display and Picture Enhancements

The TVs use Dynamic QNED Color Pro to improve color accuracy, particularly for HDR content. LG stated that the panels are certified by Intertek for 100 percent color volume, ensuring consistent color performance even on larger displays.

Precision Dimming Ultra controls thousands of dimming zones to improve contrast. This allows darker scenes to appear deeper while maintaining clarity in brighter areas.

Additional AI-based features include AI Super Upscaling, which enhances lower-resolution content for 4K displays, and AI Picture Pro, which improves faces and key subjects. Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro adjusts brightness and contrast on a frame-by-frame basis.

Audio and Smart Features

For sound, AI Sound Pro delivers a virtual 11.1.2-channel output through the TV’s built-in speakers.

The TVs run on webOS 26, which introduces a stronger focus on sports content. The Sports Portal brings together live matches, scores, and schedules, while Sports Alert provides updates for selected teams. An AI Concierge card displays match progress and predictions.

LG has also added personalization features such as Voice ID for user profiles and AI Concierge for content recommendations. Integration with Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot allows users to search and ask questions directly on the TV. Security is handled through LG Shield with built-in encryption.

Gaming Features

Gaming capabilities are a key part of the update. The TVs support variable refresh rates up to 165Hz, along with AMD FreeSync Premium and Auto Low Latency Mode.

On select models, Motion Booster increases refresh rates up to 330Hz to reduce motion blur in fast-paced games. The LG Gaming Portal provides access to cloud gaming services and web-based titles.

Models and Availability

The lineup includes models such as the 115-inch QNED90, 100-inch QNED85, and additional variants including QNED82, QNED8M, QNED80, and QNED70.

The TVs will first launch in Korea, the United States, and Europe, with additional markets expected later. Pricing details are expected to be announced in the coming days.
