APPT Challenger Ignites Pakistan’s Padel Revolution

The Padel Collective has successfully launched the Asia Pacific Padel Tour (APPT) Challenger Pakistan Circuit, marking a historic leap for Pakistan padel. Following the circuit’s January 2026 kickoff in Karachi, the Lahore debut took place from April 2–5, 2026, drawing the nation’s finest talent and proving that Pakistan can host world‑class, internationally sanctioned padel.

As the premier professional padel circuit in the Asia‑Pacific, the APPT brings a level of competition never before seen in Pakistan. Every match, from pro finals to amateur brackets, is played under global standards, with APPT Ranking Points on the line. But the biggest story is the pathway now open to amateur athletes.

From Local Courts to the Asia‑Pacific Championship

For the first time, amateur and pro players in Pakistan can qualify for an international multi‑nation tournament. The top performing teams from the APPT Challenger Pakistan series (Karachi and Lahore legs) will earn a place at the Asia Pacific Padel Championship (APPC) in Manila, Philippines – a premier continental showdown featuring the best emerging talent from across the region.

“This isn’t just a local tournament series. It’s a genuine launchpad. Amateurs now have a clear, organized route to represent Pakistan on an international stage in Manila,” said a spokesperson for The Padel Collective. “The level of play we saw in Lahore proves our athletes are ready.”

All city tournaments are broadcast live across Pakistan, giving amateurs the same spotlight as pros. A combined prize pool exceeding PKR 10 Million supports the circuit, but the real reward is the chance to compete for ranking points and a ticket to the APPC in Manila.
