RedMagic is preparing to launch its next gaming tablet, the Gaming Tablet 5 Pro, and new details have now surfaced ahead of the official announcement.
The RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro is expected to feature a 9-inch OLED display. According to leaks, the panel will offer a resolution of 2400 x 1504 pixels and a refresh rate of 185Hz, targeting smooth visuals for gaming.
The tablet is also said to come with a transparent design and RGB lighting. It will reportedly be available in Tritium Transparent Silver Wing, Tritium Transparent Dark Night, and Gold Legend color options.
The device is tipped to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. It is also expected to include a liquid cooling system to manage heat during extended gaming sessions.
The tablet will be offered in multiple memory configurations, including 12GB RAM with 256GB storage, 16GB with 512GB, 16GB with 1TB, and 24GB with 1TB.
No camera specifications have been revealed so far for the Gaming Tablet 5 Pro.
The RedMagic Gaming Tablet 5 Pro is rumored to pack an 8,300mAh battery.
While pricing details have not been disclosed, the tablet is currently available for pre-order in China. A global release is expected under the name RedMagic Astra 2.
RedMagic has not confirmed an official launch date yet, but more details are expected to be announced soon.
