The Punjab Safe Cities Authority (PSCA) has launched the NextGen Safety App, a new digital platform aimed at enhancing the safety and well-being of young people across the province.
Introduced under Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz’s youth-focused initiatives, the app is designed to provide users with quick access to emergency assistance, professional guidance and a range of safety-related services through a single platform.
According to the PSCA, the application enables users to seek help during emergencies and access support services more efficiently through their smartphones.
The authority said the initiative is part of broader efforts to use technology to improve public safety and provide young people with easier access to protection, guidance and assistance when needed.
The NextGen Safety App is available for download on both Android and iOS devices.
