Gold prices staged another sharp increase in Pakistan on Saturday after international rates shot up during the session.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola in Pakistan increased by Rs. 10,800 to Rs. 455,136.
The price of 10 grams of gold also appreciated by Rs. 9,720 to settle at Rs. 389,600.
Gold gained Rs. 4,370 on Saturday to settle at Rs. 444,336 .
In the international market, gold prices jumped by $108 to settle at $4,327 per ounce.
Silver also appreciated in value on the same day. It gained Rs. 230 to settle at Rs. 7,509 per tola on Friday.
