How to return a product to Daraz? Open Daraz App and tap on Account.

In the My Order section, tap on View All.
Tap the order you wish to return and then tap on the Return button.
If you ordered multiple items, select the item(s) that you wish to return.
Select Reason of Return.
Pick a return method i.e. pickup/drop off.
Your return request will be initiated and a return tracking number will appear.
Pack your Daraz parcel securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging along with any accessories, manuals, free items, etc. as delivered.
If you chose Drop Off as your return method, then pack the item, and mention the order and RA number on your package, and drop it off at the nearest Daraz Shop. (You will receive the RA number via SMS after completing the previous steps).
If you’ve selected Pick Up, you can expect the courier partner to collect your package within 5 days and drop it off at their warehouse.

Click on Return and wait for the landing page to redirect you towards a viewfinder option.

How do you plan on receiving your refund? Select your preferred option for payment.

Note: All payment requests get cleared within 13-20 days.

Select your preferred drop-off Daraz outlet for the package. It can be any Daraz Shop or Postal center near you!

Finally, read (if you feel like it) and accept Terms & Conditions. Click on Submit when you’re done!

Now proceed towards re-packing your order in the same packaging. Use the same packaging material that the product came in.

The product should have all the tags, manuals or freebies that come along with it.
Return request: Initiated within 7 days of delivery. Once the return window expires, start over.

The refund process: Entirely free. You also get refunded for the shipping you pay.
