Muslims across Pakistan are observing the 25th fast of the holy month of Ramadan 2022 on Wednesday, 27th of April. With different cities in Pakistan having distinct timetables for Sehri and Iftar, we have compiled the timings for today, 27th of April (25th Ramadan) in the major cities of Pakistan.
In the last ten days of Ramadan, Muslims should increase their worship, good deeds, and acts of charity. One should indulge in the acts of charity (Sadaqah and zakat) as much as possible. It is one of the many ways for Muslims to gain enormous rewards in the holy month of Ramadan. It also helps to strengthen love, understanding, mutual support, and brotherhood between the rich and the poor of the society.
Islam encourages Muslims to give out lots of Sadaqah to purify one’s soul and wealth. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was the most generous of all people and was especially more generous in the month of Ramadan.
Allah (SWT) mentions in the Quran, Surah Al-Munafiqun Verse 10:
And donate from what We have provided for you before death comes to one of you, and you cry, “My Lord! If only You delayed me for a short while, I would give in charity and be one of the righteous.” (63:10)
