Pop star Jennifer Lopez is reportedly not thrilled about her ex-husband Ben Affleck rekindling his friendship with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
Sources say J-Lo is feeling the heat as friendly photos of Affleck and Garner surface, leaving her feeling “furious” over this unexpected twist.
According to a source who spoke to Page Six, the Atlas actress is uncomfortable with the “constant” images of Affleck hanging out with Garner. The timing couldn’t be more ironic, as Affleck’s divorce from Garner was finalized just this past January 2025.
Amid an FBI investigation related to the Palisades Wildfires, Ben Affleck has been spending more time at home with Jennifer Garner and their three kids—Violet (19), Seraphina (16), and Samuel (12)—which has raised eyebrows and, apparently, Lopez’s blood pressure.
The former couple has been amicably co-parenting since they split in 2018, but their recent outings have been making headlines, much to Lopez’s chagrin.
The source described Affleck’s friendly interactions with Garner as “salt in the wound” for the On The Floor hitmaker. Recently, the family was spotted enjoying a paintball outing in Los Angeles, where Affleck was seen embracing Garner, further fueling the fire.
While Lopez is reportedly “furious” and struggling with the situation, another source claims that reuniting with Affleck is the last thing on Garner’s mind. Instead, she’s focused on her upcoming Netflix movie, Office Romance.
“She has been fully concentrating on her life, her growth, and her happiness,” the source added, suggesting that Jennifer Lopez might not be as aware of the media frenzy as one would think.
On the flip side, Ben Affleck seems to be enjoying the time spent with Jennifer Garner more than ever. A source told People magazine that the actor-producer has always appreciated spending time with the mother of his children, but lately, he’s been extra “giddy” and affectionate towards her.
As for Garner, she appears to be relishing the moments with her ex-husband. In January, a source revealed that the former flames have been spending more time together than “ever” since Affleck’s divorce from Lopez.
