Lajja Shankar Pandey was a transwoman, and a Kali worshipper (Bollywood’s idea of ‘devil worship’). She abducted little children, sacrificed and cannibalized them at said Satan-adjacent Kali’s altar.

In Mahesh Bhatt’s Sadak (1991) Sadashiv Amrapurkar played Maharani was a transwoman that would extort and traffic women.
