Turns out that the news of legendary Indian music composer AR Rahman making the Avengers: Endgame anthem is not an April Fools’ joke. The single he produced is a huge joke though.
When we pair up the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) franchise with an Oscar-winning music composer, we expect the results to be glorious, not horrendous. And yet that is what the general reaction of everyone is.

Long story short, AR Rahman’s Avengers: Endgame anthem was so bad that at first people thought it was an April Fools’ joke. We expected better from the Dil Se composer.
All we can say is, better luck next time, Mr Rahman.
