Filling

In a saucepan, sauté the oil, diced tomato and sliced onions for 2 minutes.

Then add the minced chicken, garlic-ginger paste and seasonings. Cook and cover the pan for an additional 5 to 6 minutes.

After 5-6 minutes. Add the (strained and cooked) noodles and a ½ glass of water.

Cover the pan and bring it to a simmer, cook until water is evaporated. Once ready, allow to cool and set aside.

Now back to the dough. Punch the dough down and create small portions off it.

Flatten each portion with your hand and place the minced chicken at the top of it.

Pull the edges of the dough upwards; pinch them together to form a pouch-like shape. Lastly, flatten the pouch and you’ll end up with a disk.

You’re almost there. Deep fry those Kachoris on medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until they turn light golden-brown.

And they’re ready to be devoured! Serve immediately with your favorite sauce.
