Rumor has it Ertugrul Ghazi star Engin Altan Duzyatan is no longer the new brand ambassador for Blue World City. According to news reports, the Turkish actor canceled his agreement with Blue World City.
The Nation reports that Turkey’s Ministry of Interior informed the Romantik Komedi actor that Blue World City is an illegal scheme and Rawalpindi Development Authority has taken legal action against the project.

After learning about Blue World City from Pakistani media reports, Engin Altan Duzyatan came to the decision to cancel his arrangement with Blue World City. He had not been informed of the illegal status of the project. But now that he knows, he wants no part in it.

The Blue World City housing project is a housing society that recently hired the Turkish star as their brand ambassador. The idea was fitting since the scheme involved creating a replica of the Blue Mosque in Turkey.
The Housing society’s chairperson shared the news on social media along with a picture of them signing the contract. He also shared a picture of Duzyatan’s passport.

As the news and images made rounds on social media, fans were hopeful for the Hürrem Sultan actor’s visit to Pakistan.
Those plans may have gone down the drain when the project’s illegal status came to light. Currently, Blue World City is facing allegations of using the name of Engin Altan Duzyatan to sell plots. RDA has also submitted an application against Blue World City at the Chontra police station.
Previously, the people behind Blue World City threatened to sue people who criticized their project. Perhaps this is what they feared.
