Bollywood divas, Nora Fatehi and Jacqueline Fernandez issued statements against conman Sukesh Chandrashekhar in Delhi’s Patiala House Court today.
The two actresses made very different statements about their experience with Sukesh Chandrashekhar. An emotional Jacqueline Fernandez revealed how the conman ‘destroyed’ her career, while Nora Fatehi alleged that Sukesh promised her a luxurious lifestyle if she agreed to be his girlfriend.
Nora Fatehi was summoned before the Delhi’ Patiala House Court, where she issued her statement against Sukesh Chandrashekhar. The Acha Sila Diya star stated that she only came to learn about Sukesh after the Enforcement Directorate (ED) summoned her in relation to ₹2.15 billion extortion case.
According to Nora Fatehi “many actresses were dying to be taken care of by him”, but Sukesh wanted her more as he even promised her a “big house” and luxurious lifestyle if she said ‘yes’.
Nora Fatehi denied her involvement in money laundering of any kind but ED accused the actress of receiving lavish gifts like diamonds, cars, and designer bags from Sukesh.
On the other hand, actress Jacqueline Fernandez said that Sukesh Chandrashekhar ‘played’ with ’emotions’, and made her life a living ‘hell’. Jacqueline told the court that Sukesh was introduced as an important figure from the Home Ministry and that he ‘misled her, and ‘ruined her career’.
The actress met Sukesh through Pinky Irani, whom she claims was aware of Chandrashekhar’s activities and shady background.
Sukesh Chandrasekhar is a trending name on the Internet nowadays, given his alleged involvement in a mega money-laundering case as well as his connection to Bollywood actresses Nora Fatehi and Jacqueline Fernandez. The two Bollywood divas have been summoned multiple times by the ED in connection to the case.
Sukesh Chandrasekhar is a native of Bengaluru in Karnataka, India. He faces 15 FIRs for duping several people in Bengaluru and Chennai of several crores. It is believed, Sukesh Chandrasekhar used to con businessmen and Bollywood celebrities, promising loans or trying to settle any legal cases for a price.
