Since the Ghanaian rapper is known for using gibberish in his tracks, no one made anything of it.

Website KnowYourMeme says that the phrase means ‘I’ll hit you‘ or ‘what does this experience remind you of‘. So the Internet went with the latter explanation and made a meme out of it.
