Smart Line Tariff / Package Details:
VOD service is being charged to all existing and new Smart TV customer with the following two options:
A). Rs 25 per movie for 24 Hours; Customers can subscribe to a movie at Rs 25 and can watch/re-watch that movie multiple times within the next 24 Hours
B). Rs 300 fixed per month for any 30 movies of their choice and available in the list within a period of one month. This is a value added bulk discounted package. Each movie will cost Rs 10 to the customer.
Key Highlights:
A). Package option ‘a’ will be activated on all existing and new Smart TV Connections.
B). Package option ‘b’ can be activated by calling at the PTCL contact center at 0800-80-800.

Man PTCL sucks. when they were selling Smart for free last year. I order it in January . The service was free till June. And you know when they call me for . In June that ” Sir do u need PTCL Smart TV. WTH

Yes PTCL customer support is really really bad, land line from PTCL is must but for other services i trust on others :-)
i think MBL is beter then PTCL in service
What is MBL? I am interested in a replacement for SunTv, they transmit only 7 out of 55 Western/Entertainment channels. their is nothing good ever on them only repeats of late 90’s or early 2000 films. the rest of 55 are regional language channels pushto/sindhi mixed with urdu-news channels. tell me if you know any good providers which donot cost as much as 10000/-
although there is one very important feature of SunTv the quality is pretty sharp.

i have order smart tv on 3rd october, have launched compalints two times, went to our exchange but no luck, every time they say you will get smart tv with in next 24 hours.
before i got my student dsl connection in one year
anyone knows any no or email address where i can ccomplaint.
PTCL Customer Services is , if i have to chose the mildest word, most pathetic, when it comes to SmartTV. I got my order booked in December ’09 and because of the internal union election “all” the staff from technitions to higher levels were busy and finally I had to request again for the services.A setup-box and was installed at my place, but services were unavalable because of some port contact, meanwhile other broadband services were halted for next two weeks and now we are in the middle of March’10 and still there is no chance that they will start the service at my location, the pretext i’m given is that only a jumper wire is needed to be replaced in my Exchange(airport exchange) otherwise setup-box will not recieve proper signal.I wonder what services they are providing, i had to made hour long calls to 1236 and 1218 after coming home for upteenth times. One ptcl guy told me that even D.E’s have to wait for several weeks if they want to avail Smart Tv services.Huh!
I really hope you gave a good answer to that last guy you mentioned.

I applied for PC TV APPLICCATION on 19-04-2013. My order No. is 23E54EG but there is no facility of PTCL PC TV APPLICATION in Hydarabad Town, Sargodha Exchange.
The DSL service is already available here.
Please arreange this facility also in HYDARABAD TOWN, SARGODHA EXCHANGE.
