I’ve spent several hours today to get result of 5th class for a city but could not successful. The standard of government websites have been much poor on such occassion. Maybe they don’t have some dedicate uplink to facilitate users or there is some connections limit. I was able to open http://www.pec.edu.pk only once through Chrome (Text only). It was not opened through IE at all.

Maybe such websites should also provide a simple text field where students just enter their role number to see the result RATHER the whole community hanging with the website to download a complete PDF but nobody get successful.
