Ufone Revises its Postpaid Tariffs

Ufone has revised its postpaid packages, while adding more on-net and off-net free minutes, SMS bundles and IDD buckets. Calls are charged on per minute basis.Amongst all other previous packages, Unite remains there with almost the same pricing. Here goes the details..!

Package Details

*With an FUP (Fair Usage Police0 of 10,000 mins/month (over and above 10,000 minutes the rate will be Rs 0.2/min+tax)
**With an FUP of 10,000 SMS/month (Over and above 10,000 SMS the rate will be 0.25 Onnet SMS and 0.5 Offnet SMS)
***IDD bucket is for USA, Canada, UK, China, & Germany. Calls to USA, Canada, China are for landline & mobile both . Calls to Germany & UK are for landline only. Calls to UK NTS numbers are not eligible for discount.

  • I don’t know why people are interested in call tariffs with packages of varying call rated depending on
    1) on net/ off-net
    2) Day-timings/Night Timings
    3) and the most important 60 seconds billing
    It is quite easy for a cellular company to implement 30 seconds billing, flat rate with respect to day timings and network of the called party. I think every company should introduce a call/SMS package with absolute flatness i.e. same rates for off-net/on-net calls/SMSs irespoective of the fact whether these services are utilized in day timings or in night hours.
    Role of Telenor for its ‘Talk-shawk 63 paisa’ is admirable for this flatness and is an example-setting trend for other operators.

  • I switched over to ufone from mobilink cos mobilink is very expensive while ufone is cheap and I like it. I am very happy with ufone postpaid package.
