Mobilink has introduced Live Online Support option for its customers, with which Mobilink customers or potential customers can avail support from Mobilink with Live Online Chat.

Customers can simply visit mobilinkgsm.com and click on “Lets Talk” button on bottom left to initiate a Live Chat with Mobilink’s Customer Support representative.

When we tried, the support team was quick to respond. However, the wait time can increase in days to come – when service will get popular in masses.

This online chat service from Mobilink (which is free now) can get much attention in a situation when usual helpline calls are charged.

Customers can ask for general information, new products and services, register complaints and more with Mobilink’s Live Chat services.

Mobilink said that it takes reasonable safety measures for the protection of data transmitted over the chat services, however, it said that no method of transmission over internet, or electronic storage is completely secure, therefore, customers may choose to share data at their own risk.

    Mobilink Hired too pre-mature CSO’s for this service – bad experience on such support .. i guess its free & no cost charges charge from account – thats why?

    I had registered a complaint about a couple of days ago & I wanted to check the status but when I used the chat (so called initiative by mobilink) the CSR at the other end told me that “Sir, your instructions can be processed over 111 helpline. Please dial 111 for further assistance” , just a piece of crap :(

    Tried it out. Some kinks need to be straightened out for sure, but overall I had a pleasant experience. I give this a thumbs up. And the execution seems more polished than Zong’s. It would be interesting to see how this shapes up.
