First of its kind practice in Pakistan, Wateen has introduced Live Chat Button on its website. I didn’t call it service, as its only a Button as of now (apparently Live Chat service isn’t working at this point of time – but i believe webmaster would be working on it)
As mentioned before, Live Chat is something new for Pakistani ISPs or telcos. However, it is very useful channel for customer support and particularly the sales.
Wateen is likely to use Live Chat channel for closing sales’ or resolving telephony issues, as you may understand there is no question of browsing website while a user is facing connectivity issues.
