PTA in collaboration with telecom industry has started “1234” SMS service to supplement the efforts of the govt in its rescue and rehabilitation efforts for the flood affected across the country.
The short code 1234 has been activated from all cellular mobile operators platform. SMS can be sent to 1234 by writing “Fund” which will be charged RS.10/- excluding taxes for contributing to PM flood relief fund 2010 for flood affectees peoples.
The amount collected by “1234” sms would be deposted to PM’s flood relief fund 2010 for which a special account has been created in NBP (A/c No. 898989)
People are reqeusted by PTA to send maximum numbers of sms to help their affected brothers in this hour of need.

I hate this service, cuz all the relief fund is going in PM’s account and they are charging tax on it for thier own interest on the name of flooded victims. If you’ve Edhi, Al-Khidmat, Tehrik-e-Insaf etc. then why are you giving it to Fake Goverment

It is requested to all Pakistanis (and non-Pakistanis) NOT to give any flood aid money to this corrupt leadership. I know that nobody trusts them and would rather burn their money that give it to them, but this is to remind us all not to get caught in their trap. As there is virtually no accountability by this government (and never was), why should anyone pour their money down a rat-hole. To give donations, we have a choice so many other groups and NGO’s which we trust more than this corrupt thugocracy/pseudo-democracy of Mr. Zordari.
I think we should try to go and help firsthand, if that is not possible, then we should give our money to those who can do it and will do it.
If we give it to the government relief fund, we should remember know that the next foreign trip is never far away for Zordari. This time, in a few weeks’ time, his next destination is Russia!

ادھر سیلاب آیا ادھر کراچی میں ایم کیو ایم کے ایم پی اے کے قتل کی کوریج شروع ہوگئی۔ دودن بعدوہ قصہ ٹھنڈا ہوا تو تو میڈیا میں صدر آصف زرداری پر جوتا پھینکے جانے کا تنازع اٹھ کھڑا ہوا جو اب تک جاری ہے۔
کیا جوتا پھینکے جانے کے تنازع کی اہمیت ڈیڑھ کروڑ لوگوں کی جان و مال کی مشکلات سے زیادہ ہے؟

This will donate Rs 10 to Pak Red Crescent Society (PRCS). Atleast you will be satisfied that your money is actually donated, rather than sending it to this so called fund!!!!!!!!!!
