Warid Telecom’s Recruitment & Staffing team provided advise to students about the job application process, requirements, eligibility criteria as well as the scope of career in Telecom Industry.
Coaching Sessions for job seekers were also held on this occasion, providing the graduating students with career counseling. An incredible response was received from the university graduates and final year students, who turned up in large numbers to explore career opportunities available with Warid Telecom.
I am a LUMS student and Warid did really well, it was the only Telecom company on our Fair. Other companies should also come forward and should start this practice in more universities, specially Govt versities because most of the students need serious counseling that they don’t get.
Yes, now warid become the trend setter for the industry, and yes other telecom companies should start participating in such Job Fairs to give equal opportunities for up coming generation of professionals.
