The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has announced that all its field formations will observe normal working hours on June 27 and 28, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday), to facilitate the collection of duties and taxes.
According to an FBR notification issued on Friday, extended working hours will also be observed on June 29 and 30, 2026 (Monday and Tuesday), to ensure maximum revenue collection before the close of the fiscal year.
The board has directed all FBR field offices, including Large Taxpayer Offices (LTOs), Medium Taxpayer Offices (MTOs), Corporate Tax Offices (CTOs), and Regional Tax Offices (RTOs) across the country, to strictly comply with the schedule.
