Mobilink has launched Smart Office, a new service aimed specifically at businesses. An industry first, it effectively converts every employee’s mobile phone into an extension and eliminates the need for expensive PABX equipment.
A business using Smart Office would be able to enjoy all the advantages of a conventional telephone exchange service on the official Mobilink mobile numbers of employees.
The service offers an extensive feature set. There is automation in the form of an IVR menu, smart operator which forwards calls to the appropriate employee and different options and menus based on working and non-working hours. There are a multitude of other services like blacklisted callers, welcome/goodbye messages and high priority callers.
The Smart Office web portal is an easy way to manage everything. It allows the administrator to assign extensions, track call usage and logs, customize the voice menus and settings. In addition, it can also retrieve voice mail and provides access to many other Smart Office features.
