Zong has join the club of Telenor by providing cheap, pathetic network and customer services. Both companies first must focus on their GSM signals which are pathetic in Rawalpindi too. Zong did not allow user to remove verified sim registered against ones CNIC if there is no other Zong sim. Means you have to keep one sim of Zong on your CNIC if your unlucky Zong Subscriber. If you subscribed a VAS of zong like, news alerts etc then you will lost your balance in trying to unsub but you will not succeed till you visit CSC.

I bought zong 4G wingle a couple of months back to replace my wimax witribe, can’t say it altogether unimpressive but due to limited data volumes i am thinking of going back to witribe… zong 4G speeds aren’t consistent and latency too is there but they still are far better and try to make innovations to keep their customers alive.
