  • God Bless Special Communications Organization (SCO) and its partner Bank Alfalah and hope successful business in the field of branchless banking.

During 2012 HBL Express was also launched optimistically but within four years of its sluggish operation it has been grounded and given billions of rupee loss as operating cost loss to its business partners. It is worth to mention that 144 selected business partners were asked to build their franchise offices as per given BOQ that cost each business partner 500,000 to one million rupee and more than two million rupee operating cost during four years and still all franchises are stands still and HBL Management action is still awaited but entire management not listing poor business partners. Point to be noted that 70% of its management has quit their jobs (project failure). Furthermore, State Bank of Pakistan being the regulatory authority is also not taken any action against HBL that made fraud with the 144 business partners.
Is there any justice in this Islamic country or might is right………………..
