Careem, the app-based car booking platform, has partnered with CarSure service offered by PakWheels.com for the inspection of cars being on-boarded on Careem platform. As a part of the agreement, all cars being inducted for Careem shall be inspected by trained technicians of CarSure at Careem premises for car condition.
As a part of the agreement, CarSure representatives shall be present at all 3 locations of Careem in Karachi, Lahore & Islamabad and shall inspect every vehicle before entering the on-boarding process. This shall help ensure that all cars are in perfect condition and prove to be reliable for the customers. A clearance report is generated by CarSure to meet the minimum threshold, failing which, the car owners will have to get their vehicles fixed as per minimum standards to ensure a smooth ride.
Junaid Iqbal, MD Careem Pakistan, shared his opinion by stating that such strategic partnerships shall help to provide standard customer service by ensuring that cars are completely reliable to travel and thus provide a good ride for CAREEM customers.
