The Pakistan Super League (PSL) replacement draft is all set to be held on 24th January at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
According to the official notification, all franchises will have the option to purchase their 21st player if needed. However, the 21st player cannot be a foreign player as PSL wants to promote local talent.

The HBL PSL Replacement Draft will be held at the Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore on Thursday, 24 January.

Faizan Lakhani, a renowned Pakistani sports journalist, replied and said that Multan Sultans should opt for Saif Badar, aged 20. It is worth mentioning that Saif was already a part of Multan Sultans’ U-19 team.
It will be interesting to see which young talents are picked by each of the franchise as it will be a huge opportunity for them to play alongside the biggest names in the world of cricket.
The fourth edition of the PSL will kick off on 14th February 2019. The tournament’s final match will be played on 17th March at Karachi National Stadium.
