Ap apna Internet ADSL se VDSL pr convert kerwao, phir 50 mbps tk easily speed mil sakti hai. ADSL mai 8 mbps se ziada speed nhi ho sakti.
ditch ptcl and switch to 4g dongle. jazz and zong have good offers going.

ptcl is a bit player in the consumer broadband market. they should focus on the wholesale side of the business and leave the last mile to the cellcos.
PTCL has the worst customer services. They have no idea what customer support is. I have recently got my connection disconnected through exchange and trust me, this last part was also the nightmare. They don’t officially disconnect the connection until they receive confirmation from the particular exchange whereas the people at the exchange deliberately delay the confirmation in order to save their ass due to the high number of closures. I have been complaining but still the exchange has not confirmed to their own retention team. They do not let go the last chance to torture their customer.
One should not trust on PTCL .
Installation discounts by ptcl are legit. I availed 50% discount on installation charger last year so l paid 2000 instead of 4000. Quality of servise depend on the health of line in your area. I am using two connection from ptcl. On one I have never had any problem since 3 years. On the other connection, I have to call ptcl office every other month to fix my line.
