Pakistani mountaineer, Mirza Ali, successfully scaled the world’s highest peak, Mount Everest, in early hours of Wednesday.
With this achievement, Mirza has become the first Pakistani to summit seven peaks in seven continents. What it means is that he has now climbed the highest peaks in all the seven continents of the world.
The feat comes as great news for Pakistanis considering the lackluster facilities for Pakistani mountaineers despite the country being blessed with some of the highest and most challenging peaks.
The Mountaineer is the brother of famous Pakistani woman mountaineer Samina Baig. She became the first Pakistani woman to scale Mount Everest back in 2013.

His wife Samiya Mirza was ecstatic during an interview to a local news outlet, saying that not everyone supported Ali’s expedition to scale Mount Everest.
Nazir Sabir is the first Pakistani to scale Mount Everest, doing so in 2000. Other Pakistanis who have achieved the feat include Hassan Sadpara and Col (R) Abdul Jabbar Bhatti.

I don’t think this article is true. Mirza Ali may be the first Pakistani man to climb all seven peaks but this has already been done before. Samina Baig, mention above, not only climbed Mount Everest, but scaled all seven summits.
Such lack of facts before publishing them online isn’t good journalism.
