In line with Prime Minister’s Green and Clean Pakistan mission, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has actively participated in the ‘Plant for Pakistan’ campaign.
Chairman PTA, Maj Gen Amir Azeem Bajwa (R), HI(M) inaugurated the tree plantation drive by planting a sapling at PTA Headquarters, Islamabad. Senior officers including Member Finance, Muhammed Naveed and Member Compliance & Enforcement, Dr. Khawar Siddique Khokhar were also present at the event.

Speaking on the occasion, Chairman PTA emphasized the importance of ‘Clean and Green Pakistan’ campaign. He urged PTA officers and officials to own this initiative on an individual basis and plant maximum number of trees in this campaign to make it successful.

Compliments on the Prime Minister’s Green and Clean Pakistan mission with active participation in he “Plant for Pakitan” campaign. May I suggest the respective PTA offices in Karachi for plantation on the road to PTA regional office Karachi where NICVD, Jinnah Hospital and other Public Hospitals fall for consideration of plantation on the road of the PTA Regional Offices, Karachi. I suggest the relevant NICVD, Jinnah Hospital sewerage, sanitation be informed to the Cantonment Board in Karachi for plantations, and cleanliness. The road outside NICVD is littered with flowing sewerage water which is splashed by the buses, cars to the pedestrians, patients visiting the area. Best wishes, warm regards for this initiative and consideration of PTA.
PTA better focus on their real work, PTA Complaint Cell – Cells are so weak, hire some technical staff to tackle calls.
Without analyse the result of customer complaint, it has been closed. PTA need to re haul its system.
