    • Aahista aahista hi improvement ay gi….
Aur esim to abhi US jesay developed country me b kuch carriers support nai kartay!

    • just for sake of criticism bar aap nay yeah baat kar de aaj bhee dunya hai physical SIMs use hote hene har jaga plus saab phones main ESIM support nahin hote hai …

    • jani apnay tu ameer abbu ji k paison sy esim wala iphone ly liya, but what should the destitute we do? ham apnay aur abbu ji ky paisa mila kar bhi stone age sim wala phone hi ly saktay hein.

  • Hahahhaha,

Instead of making phones which are 100$ and above we are going to make SIMs which are 50 PKR.

    Please have some sense.

  • it’s GOVT good initiative, one operator acquires ~12M sims annually & per SIM cost is 0.12 cent. Hope the share stats would help.

  • What is Ministry of Information Technology’s mandate? Is it to be a manufacturing entity? Or is it to formulate/provide policies conducive to making this a viable business for the private sector to jump into it and thereby generating jobs and opportunities?

The government must do the governing and leave such things to the private sector. Business does not suit nor works well under government foresight as has been evidenced numerous times with majority of state owned institutions and businesses.
